Arizona Referral Alliance

The ARA grew out of Litix Legal. As Ryan Hurley and Melvin Dolan built the firm's own referral network, a pattern became clear: nearly everyone whose work depends on referrals hits the same two problems, finding professionals reliable enough to trust with a client, and doing it without joining a sprawling paid network that charges fees and makes you jump through hoops. Keeping the network to ourselves would have been the easy path. Opening it up, and building it to run in every direction, was the right one.

The principle behind it is people helping people. Real relationships, not lead lists. This only works if the network stays deliberately small, so we run it on two rules.

First, it's free. No membership fees, no paid leads, no gotchas. All we ask is that you take good care of the clients sent your way and send quality referrals in return.

Second, we choose member quality over quantity. We hand-select strong professionals across a variety of disciplines and personally vet every member, because a network is only as valuable as the people in it. We'd rather have a small room of professionals you'd stake your reputation on than a directory of names you've never met.

Melvin and Ryan run ARA personally. The same two people you'll talk to when you apply, and the same two keeping the standard high.
